This policy applies to the Global Digital Realtors website, webinars, forms, educational programs, communities, and related services.
1. Free webinars
Registration for a webinar expressly described as free does not involve a participation fee and therefore has no payment to refund. You may choose not to attend or ask us to stop related communications at any time.
2. Paid programs and memberships
Refund eligibility for a paid program, membership, event, digital product, or service is governed by the specific refund and cancellation terms displayed on its sales or checkout page at the time of purchase. Please review those terms before paying. If no refund promise is expressly displayed, contact us before purchase if you need clarification.
3. How to request a review
Send your request to connect@globaldigitalrealtors.com with your name, registered email or mobile number, order reference, offering purchased, payment date, and reason for the request. We will review it against the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.
4. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you were charged more than once or an incorrect amount, contact us promptly with the transaction reference. Verified payment errors will be corrected through the original payment method where practicable.
5. Processing
Any approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control the time taken for the amount to appear. Fees or deductions, if any, will be handled according to the purchase terms and applicable law.
6. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a paid live offering without providing a replacement, transfer, credit, or other agreed remedy, we will communicate the available resolution to affected purchasers. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.
